Off the wagon and trying to get back on. Has it really been that long since I’ve posted?? Wow.
What has been going on in my fitness quest? Well, not much but some walking each week. I am happy to report that I have lost a few pounds. I think the husband being gone and not having to cook as much contributed to that. I also have been working on not eating anything late at night….past 8pm. That really does work.
Now that I am back (again), I need some advice from all you women who have been successful at your weight loss goals. How do you stay motivated, how do you keep it up when life gets crazy and you have lots going on. Send me your encouraging comments.
